Yogurt cupcakes


Yogurt cupcakes (8 pieces)


160g plain flour
2 tsps baking powder
Pinch of salt
35g icing sugar
75g butter
1 egg grade B (beaten)
150g natural yogurt ( unflavored )
50g dried yellow sultanas (kismis)

Topping: Some natural yogurt

Material: 8 pcs paper cups (2.5”x 1.3”)

Method:

1.       Combine all ingredients together, stir gently until batters is even. Spoon into paper cups 3- quarters of the way up. Arrange on a baking tray.
2.       Bake in a preheated oven at 150oC for 15-20 minutes. Cool cupcakes before topping.
