Cheese ring chocolate cupcakes


Cheese ring chocolate cupcakes (8 pieces)

A: 125g butter
100g icing sugar
2 eggs grade B (beaten)
1 tbsp fresh milk

B: 120g plain flour
1 tbsp chocolate powder
2 tsps baking powder
50g cheese rings (crushed)

C: 8 cheese rings
Some icing sugar

Material: 8 pcs paper cups (2 ½” x 1/2” )

Method :

1.       Beat butter and sugar of ingredient A until smooth. Add in eggs slowly, next add in fresh milk , beat to combine.
2.       Fold in flour and powders of ingredient B.  Add in remaining cheese rings. Mix well. Spoon into paper cups 3 quarter of the way up. Arrange in a baking tray.
3.       Bake in a preheated oven at 150oC for 15-20 minutes. Halfway during baking time, remove tray, place cheese rings of ingredient C on top and complete baking time.
