Pineapple chocolate cupcakes



Pineapple chocolate cupcakes (8 pieces)

A: (mix together)
140g cooking chocolate (melted by double-boiling, cooled)
55g butter

B:
2 eggs grade B (beaten)
100g plain flour
2 tea spoon baking powder

C:
50g dried pineapple pieces (diced)
50g white chocolate chips

D:
Some dried pineapples pieces (diced)
Some white chocolate chips

Material : 8 pcs paper cups (3”x ½”)

Method:
1.       Combine ingredient B together, add in ingredient A, mix well. Add in ingredient C.
2.       Spoon no  1 into paper cups 3-quarters of the way up. Sprinkle ingredient D on top.
3.       Arrange no 2 on a baking tray, bake in preheated oven at 150oC for 15-20 minutes.
