Peanut flake cupcakes


Peanut flake cupcakes (14 pieces)
A:
120g butter
60g icing sugar
2 eggs grade B (beaten)

B:
135g salf-raising flour
½ tea spoon baking powder

C:  5 individual packs of peanut flakes- crushed

D:  2 individual packs of peanut flakes- crushed

Material: 14 pieces paper cups (1.8”x 1.3”)

Method :
1.       Beat  butter & sugar of ingredient A until smooth. Add eggs in slowly & fold in ingredient B. Combine until even.
2.       Add in ingredient C, mix well. Spoon into paper cup 3-quarter of the way up. Scatter ingredient D on top. Arrange on a baking tray.
3.       Bake in preheated oven at 150®C for 15- 20 minutes. Cook cakes,decorate as per desire.
