Chocolate hazelnut cupcakes (10 pieces)
A:
125g butter
100g brown sugar
2 eggs grade B (beaten)
B:
130g plain flour
1 tea spoon baking powder
1 table spoon chocolate powder
50g hazelnut powder (from bakery mart)
C:
60g chocolate chips
Decoration :some fresh whipping cream (whipped until fluffy, spoon into piping bag)
Material : 10 pieces paper cups (3” x 1.1”) & 10 pieces moulds
Method:
1. Beat butter & sugar of ingredient A until smooth. Add eggs in a slow release. Next, mix in ingredient B.
2. Add in ingredient C, mix well. Spoon into paper cup 3-quarter of the way up. Then fit into moulds. Arrange on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 150®C for 20-25 minutes.
3. Pipe whipping cream on no 2 & dredge with coloured sugar beads.
